Product never even shipped

I was excited to share some cookies to some family members as I had heard great things about the brand. However my product never shipped, and I still have heard nothing from customer support. When that changes I will change my review.

So awesome that I could try one of each out before deciding my favourite. Definitely going with the Milk Chocolate and Birthday Cake ones but all were very good!
